The Gallery
A contemporary art opening in Fitzroy. Pia was the photographer. David was studying the brutalist prints. They argued about minimalism over cheap wine and couldn't stop talking.
2021
The Edit
Two years of collaborating on creative projects, weekends at Melbourne's laneways, and early morning coffee at Market Lane. They refined each other, like a good edit refines a photograph.
2024
The Frame
In their shared studio in Collingwood, David set up a camera on a timer, got down on one knee, and asked the question. The photo captured the exact moment Pia said yes.
